Camilla has started her career in emergency nursing where her skills and knowledge are underpinned by evidence-based practice, this also translates through to her practice as a nutritionist. Camilla’s philosophy is the simple, small changes that lead to consistency in health, fitness, and lifestyle.
Camilla takes inspiration and her approach to life from David Goggins (if you haven’t quite heard of him, make sure you google him), where she believes that being out of the comfort zone is what makes you a more resilient person.
When Camilla is not busy saving lives, she can be found training for ultramarathons around Manly and the trails. As an ex-ballet dancer, Camilla understands just how important nutrition is to fuel your body to perform. Camilla firmly believes that to achieve optimal health, a holistic approach is vital; recognizing the importance of recovery, Camilla regularly engages in ice baths, breathwork, and meditation.
